Well this is a very nice piece, I quite like it, I love the retro choice of colors the most in this, that dress is rather cool as well.

The smile shows the girl has got some character, and is rather cute as well, the pose is very nice, I think that position really suites her, shows that she is kinda reserved as well. Even though she looks so flamboyant.

With this think that I would say need working on, is just make your line art a bit smoother, maybe add some more sharper highlights, that will make this piece stand out more.

And use a bit more cell shading. With those highlights included mainly on the clothes.

Other than that, this is a very lovely piece of artwork, keep it up.
